Jessica E. Slavin

Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

A large portion of my practice is devoted to advising injured clients and helping them get the compensation they deserve.  I also handle other litigation matters, including probate and insurance coverage disputes.  I have work experience in our state appellate courts, so I can advise clients about their appeal rights and likely outcomes on appeal.  Another substantial part of my practice is helping individuals with local estate planning, probate, business, and real estate matters.

I graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998, and after a clerkship at our state supreme court, I was a litigator at Foley & Lardner in Milwaukee.  Then I spent ten years teaching legal skills at Marquette University, and two years clerking at our state court of appeals, before returning to active law practice in 2015.  My family and I have relocated to Fond du Lac and we greatly enjoy learning about all this community has to offer.
